As a member of the health care industry do you understand your rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)?
Under Title III, the ADA prohibits a public accommodation, such as a medical office including doctors, dentists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and practitioners of alternative medicines from discriminating against an individual on the basis of disability by denying them the right of full and equal access of its goods and services. We are here to provide you with materials to educate and inform you of your ADA requirements.
For possible additional resources, please see our resources page or contact the Rocky Mountain ADA Center through our Technical Assistance Form or call us directly at 800-949-4232.
